Comprehensive Service Plans Tailored to Your Needs

1. PARTIES
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Boatlift Mechanics (“Company”) and the undersigned property owner (“Client”).
2. PROPERTY & LIFT INFORMATION
Service Address provided at the time of sign up.
Lift Type/Description provided at the time of sign up.
Number of Lifts Covered Under Agreement: One per Sign up.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Company will provide quarterly preventative maintenance services for the lift(s) listed above.
- Full lift inspection (structure, cradle, bunks, guides)
- Cable inspection and tension check
- Pulley and sheave inspection
- Motor and gearbox inspection
- Electrical system diagnostics (switches, GFCI, breakers, remotes)
- Lubrication of moving components where applicable
- Safety evaluation
- Written condition report after each visit
Premium Plan clients receive additional services as outlined in their selected plan.
4. TERM & AUTO-RENEWAL
This Agreement is valid for twelve (12) months from the Effective Date. The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless Client provides written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to renewal.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Basic Plan: $599 per lift per year
Premium Plan: $849 per lift per year
Payment is due in full upon signing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service visits will not begin until payment is received.
Repair work, replacement parts, structural repairs, storm damage, or additional labor outside the preventative maintenance scope will be quoted separately.
6. MULTI-LIFT DISCOUNT
Clients with multiple lifts at the same service address may qualify for discounted pricing at Company’s discretion.
7. STORM / HURRICANE INSPECTION SERVICES
Post-storm inspections are not included in the standard maintenance plan unless Client is enrolled in the Premium Plan or has purchased a separate storm inspection add-on.
8. PHOTO & DOCUMENTATION AUTHORIZATION
Client authorizes Company to take photographs of the lift for documentation, reporting, and internal record-keeping purposes. Photos will not be used for marketing without Client’s written consent.
9. EXCLUSIONS
This Agreement does not include major structural dock repairs, hurricane damage, replacement of cables, motors, gearboxes, control systems, or other components unless specifically quoted and approved.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company shall not be responsible for damage caused by acts of God, hurricanes, storm surge, flooding, vessel impact, corrosion beyond reasonable service life, or pre-existing structural deficiencies. Preventative maintenance reduces risk but does not guarantee prevention of mechanical failure.
11. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the lift during scheduled visits. If access is denied, service may be rescheduled and additional trip charges may apply.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Client may cancel with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on services already performed.
13. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION (OPTIONAL AUTO-BILLING)
Client may authorize automatic annual billing via credit card or ACH.
